fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much is the non-refundable retainer, and does it apply toward my total balance? The non-refundable retainer for bridal bookings is $60. This fee is separate and does not apply toward your final service balance. How do I know my wedding date is officially secured? Your date is officially locked in once both the signed service contract and the $60 non-refundable retainer fee have been received.
Are there minimum or maximum service requirements for wedding bookings?
-
Minimum: 1 Bride (Hair & Makeup combined service).
-
Maximum: Bride plus up to 6 additional service count slots (e.g., bridesmaids, mothers, or guests).
Do I pay a retainer fee for non-wedding appointments? Yes. A $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve an appointment for non-wedding beauty services.
